An independent educational resource on proper condominium governance

123 Maurice Drive, Oakville, Ontario

Welcome

This website is an educational resource about how a condominium is properly managed under the Condominium Act, 1998 (Ontario). It explains how a condominium corporation is supposed to work: how authority flows, how rules are lawfully created and enforced, how boards are elected and held accountable, and how residents participate through proper channels. It is written for owners, tenants, residents, prospective purchasers, board members, and property management staff — anyone who wants to understand condominium governance done right.

About This Site

MauriceDriveCondo.Org is an independent residents' informational resource. It is not an official channel of Halton Standard Condominium Corporation No. 805, and it is not affiliated with the Board of Directors or Property Management.

Its sole purpose is educational: to inform the proper management of a condominium by explaining, in plain language, what the Condominium Act, 1998 and the registered governing documents actually provide. Good governance is documented, collective, and accountable. This site describes what that looks like — so that every owner, tenant, and resident can recognize proper process, participate in it, and rely on it.

This site does not issue rules or directives, does not investigate individuals, does not impose obligations or penalties, and does not act or speak on behalf of the Board or Property Management. All governance authority remains with the condominium corporation and its appointed representatives. Where anything on this site differs from the Act or the registered governing documents, the Act and the registered documents prevail.
